2. Surface Planning of areas up to 1600 x 7000 mm² and 1000 x 8000 mm².

3. Grinding surfaces of 4000 x 1000 x 1000 mm³ and external diameters up to 1000mm & lengths up to 6000 mm.

4. Manufacturing gears up to 125 mm diameter and module 14.

5. Machining cylindrical surfaces up to 3200 mm diameter & 1000 mm hight.

6. Machining shafts up to 10000 mm length.

7. Cold and hot forming and rolling of steel plates:

• Area: up to 3600 x 3600 mm².

• Thickness: up to 32 mm.

• Width: up to 3000 mm.

8. Electroplating of metallic surface (Chrome, Cadmium, Copper, ... etc).

9. Design and manufacturing special cutting tools, dies, fixtures and gauges.

10. Heat treatment (Hardening, Tempering, Carburizing,   Nitriding, ... etc).

11. Free forging of steel blocks up to 13 tons weight.

12. The Company includes a steel factory which is equipped with reliable integrated production facilities and laboratories.

13. The Company includes a Rolling Plant with a production capacity of 120000 tons/year of hot rolled plates and cold rolled sheets.
